How do we get started?

Sign up with a phone number, share preferences, and choose call times. We take it over from there.

How often can I call?

As much as you want. We can schedule multiple phone calls calls each day. But you can call anytime you want.

When can I call?

Anytime, Liv is here for you, always. Be it at 3 am or at 5 pm.

Is my info private

Yes, the info is kept private and secured. After explicit concent some info might be shared with your family or caretaker.

Can I use it even if I’m not “good with tech”?

Yes. If you can answer a phone call, you can use Liv.

Can family members stay informed?

Yes. With consent, caregivers receive summaries and notes to support ongoing care.

What if someone misses a call?

We can retry or follow your preferred fallback plan set during onboarding.

Can I change call times later?

Absolutely. You can adjust schedules anytime. Just ask [Insert name]. That simple.
